Lebanon: Hezbollah's Nasrallah takes aim at IDF on anniversary of 2006 Lebanon War

Secretary-General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah stated on the anniversary of the 2006 Israel–Hezbollah War that if Israel Defense Forces (IDF) attempted to invade any part of Lebanese territory, they would be met with 'defeat, humiliation and shame'.

SOT, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah leader (Arabic): "Any Israeli ground forces that will enter our country, our mountains, our valleys, our hills won't be received by Alkhiyam Plain or Alhojeir Valley as in 2006; it will be multiplied by hundreds. This is the truth awaiting them here. And defeat, humiliation, and shame that him them in that war will be nothing compared to what they will suffer, which will be much harder and tougher."

SOT, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah leader (Arabic): "As for American financial sanctions, there is something being done to face it but mainly we won't submit. In brief, nothing done by the American government will affect us, neither financial sanction laws, nor any American threats or any other possible ways the US will try, will be able to affect the resistance's strength, power and determination. It will never affect, I tell you, the increasing power of the resistance."

SOT, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah leader (Arabic): "Of course, we all, not only in Lebanon, but also in Syria are waiting for the Lebanese army to decide when to begin the new battle to free the rest of the Lebanese land from ISIS, along with freeing the Syrian areas as well. The decision is settled."
